+ How long is the hire period?

Our furniture hire period is 4 weeks + 2 weeks free (6 weeks total). The rental period can be extended, however it's not usually required.

+ What is your lead time?

We require a minimum of 1 weeks notice to schedule the furniture installation for you. During peak periods, our lead time can be anywhere from 10-14 days.

+ Can I select the furniture?

Unfortunately, we don't offer for our clients to select the furniture for their home. Remember, we are qualified stylists- we'll ensure your home is styled beautifully to meet the requirements of your target market.

+ What are your payment terms?

We require full payment, along with a signed copy of our terms and conditions to secure an installation date. Please note, furniture will not be put on hold until all paperwork is returned and payment is received. Payments can be made by direct debit, credit card or via Openpay.

+ Do I get a refund if my property sells prior to the end of the rental period?

No. As property stylists, we strive to ensure your home sells quickly and for the highest possible price.

+ Are you insured?

Yes we certainly are! Our furniture and homewares are insured whilst they're in your property, whilst we also hold all other appropriate insurances relevant to the Property Styling industry.
