BETHANY LEVER
CREATIVE DIRECTOR + OWNER
Beth loves transforming spaces into something breathtaking through her passion and experience in styling and design.
Beth has had extensive training in property styling through The International Institute of Home Staging, combined with her considerable experience in renovating and profitably selling properties. She thoroughly enjoys adapting to the needs of each home, and truly understands the fundamentals of creating an elegant, sophisticated and inviting home. Her favourite style would best be described as warm, timeless and luxurious. In her spare time, Beth enjoys taking her children for a walk, riding horses and gardening.
Sarah Maniatis
General Manager
Having styled thousands of properties across Sydney, Sarah's favourite style would be best described as sophisticated with a touch a luxe. Think clean lines, marble, velvets with hints of blacks and warming tones.

Having started in the corporate sector, Sarah went on to graduate with a Diploma in Interior Design from Sydney Design School. Her passion for interiors combined with her love of styling has been her success story now for over 10 years. Sarah has continually gained experience and developed her keen eye for detail through owning her own business and working along side some of Sydney’s top styling companies.
In her spare time, you can find Sarah wondering through boutique homeware and fashion stores looking for something unique. Sarah also enjoys visiting wineries and spending quality time with family and friends.
Rachel Cathcart
Interior Designer + Stylist
Rachel’s experience in colour consultation and bespoke display home design and styling, alongside a Bachelor degree of Science and Interior Design has given her an excellent eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful spaces.

Previous years of working as a colour consultant, designer and stylist helps Rachel to thrive in the fast paced environment of property styling to create a cohesive feeling for our clients.
Rachel’s style can be best described as classic modern. Think clean lines and colours, mixed with brass and texture to create a warm and welcoming home.
In her spare time, you can find Rachel spending time with her family along with travelling locally and abroad.
Christine Baigent
Interior Designer + Stylist
A true asset to The Little Styling Co. team, Christine brings a wealth of knowledge in Interior Design and Colour Consultations.

Christine completed her Bachelor of Interior and Spatial Design at The University of Technology Sydney in 2013. Since then, she has worked on designing multiple luxury homes throughout Sydney. Now having branched into property styling, you'll find Christine creates a lot of the finer details to truly make a house feel like a home.
Christine's personal style would be described as eclectic, as she loves to incorporate gorgeous one off pieces into her own home.
In her spare time, you can find Christine working on art and craft projects, meandering through homewares stores or relaxing by the beach.
Tayla Walker
Interior Designer + Stylist
Having completed an Advanced Diploma of Interior Decoration and Design, Tayla has over six years experience in residential and commercial interior design.

With a true passion for interiors, Tayla has a keen eye for detail to ensure each property is beautifully presented. She enjoys the fast paced transformations of each property, whilst creating beautifully presented spaces.
Tayla's favourite style would be described as Hamptons with a touch of boho. Think white furniture, natural textures and flowing sheer curtains and lush foliage.
Tayla has a love of dancing, florals and weekend road trips to the NSW South Coast.
Michelle Costelo
Interior Designer + Stylist
Over her seven years of experience, Michelle loves nothing more than the challenge of transforming spaces to meet their full potential whilst staying true to a clients brief and vision.

After completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Michelle has gone on to design spaces for commercial and residential properties across Sydney.
Michelle’s favourite style is minimalist luxury using organic shapes and textures to add interest to a space.
In her spare time, you can find Michelle swimming laps in the pool, playing soccer or dog sitting for her friends and family.
Veronica Hatgiantounio
Interior Designer + Stylist
Veronica would best describe her favourite interior style as neutral minimalist, with hints of natural marble and soft timber oak.

Veronica is a qualified Interior Designer, graduating from Billy Blue College of Design. With a Bachelor of Residential Interior Design, she has a world of knowledge and love for all things interior.
When she’s not styling homes for sale with us here at The Little Styling Co, you’ll Veronica socialising with family and friends or exploring new and exciting sites around Sydney.
Bree Janes
Interior Designer + Stylist
From initial Interior Design concepts to furniture curation and styling, Bree has a wealth of knowledge within the industry.

Bree’s favourite style would best be described as Modern Farmhouse paired with stunning textural elements and luxury finishes.
In her spare time, you'll find Bree playing with her dog Pablo, enjoying the beach and spending time with loved ones.
Jessica Bisignani
Property Stylist
Since joining The Little Styling Co in 2023, Jessica has become an integral part of our team. With a love for interiors, Jessica understands the true fundamentals of styling a property for sale.

Paying tribute to her Italian heritage, Jessica’s style can be best described as Mediterranean meets coastal. Think light warm tones using natural materials which is bold yet simplistic. Passionate about travelling, Jessica finds her inspiration from European architecture and culture.
If she wasn’t styling homes for sale, Jessica would love to be a culinary evaluator. In her spare time, you’ll find Jessica spending time with her husband and kids at various sporting and family events.
