We believe that engaging with an Interior Designer should be a necessity that will save you time, whilst also adding value to your property.

With over 14 years of combined experience, our fully qualified Interior Designers are passionate about interiors and are dedicated to working with our clients to create a home that is timeless and aesthetically pleasing.

This service is a great choice not only for clients embarking on the build of a brand new home, but also for building companies and property developers wanting to engage in the services of a professional to take care of the interior design component of the build.

The Process

1.

Initial meeting

Carried out in The Little Styling Co office, we review the architects plans, discuss the overall look that is to be achieved, whilst also gaining an idea of budget for the building costs. If you have any inspirational images, we'd love to review these prior to our initial meeting.

2.

Concept Presentation

Following our initial meeting, we create a short presentation of photographs based on each area of the property to suit the floor plan. This may also include some informational sketches of joinery detail we recommend.

3.

Selection of Finishes & Fittings

Once a clear style direction has been identified, your Interior Designer will then select all internal and external colours, materials and finishes, as well as any fixtures and fittings such as tapware, lighting and door hardware. Once all materials have been selected, a Schedule of Finishes document will be created. This schedule is broken down into rooms and is a fantastic point of reference for your trades people.

4.

Final presentation

Together we'll review the schedule of finishes document in detail, along with samples of finishes that have been selected as well as any design concepts completed. This is where we'll receive the clients tick of approval or make changes if required.
