When selling your property it's important to make a lasting impression on potential buyers, to ensure that your property stands out. By styling your property for sale, we create the vision of a dream lifestyle so that buyers can envision themselves living in your property.
So what is the process of property styling, and how much will it cost? Depending on the needs of your property (which will be identified during a complimentary quotation with one of our qualified stylists), we can supply all of the items to furnish and decorate the space such as furniture for living, dining, bedroom and outdoor spaces, artwork as well as the finishing touches such as linen, cushions, lamps accessories for kitchens and towels for the bathrooms.
The cost of styling your property for sale will depend on the size of the home, and of the specific requirements, however, as a general guide, styling for a one bedroom property, would start from $2500*. For a larger home of five bedroooms, pricing would start from $8500* with three living areas, dining room, outdoor entertaining area, kitchen and bathrooms.
Our packages include 4 weeks hire plus 2 weeks free, a total of 6 weeks hire.
We also offer payment plans through Openpay. You can style now and pay over time, to ensure that the cost of styling works for your budget.
On the day of installation, our team of removalists will arrive to install the larger furniture items that have been individually selected for your property, whilst our stylists will work to create the finer details, steaming linen, fluffing cushions, placing accessories and hanging artwork to ensure that the property is impeccably presented ready for real estate photography and upcoming open homes.
At the end of the hire period, our team will return to pack and collect all styling items. Our experience shows that when a property has been professionally styled it has achieved a higher price than similar properties in a short time frame, so there is no reason to not contact us to request a complimentary quotation where we can discuss how best we can showcase your home.
